You’ll need:
Eggs
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil
Avocados
Salt/pepper
Lemon juice
Sour dough bread
This is such and easy but amazing way to start your day or have as a healthy snack or lunch!
So first take a non stick pan and heat about 1/4 inch of water on bottom of pan. Crack eggs into pan, when cracking them in make sure you are close to pan and drop in slow so you keep the egg together and it doesn’t spread out to far. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until done to your likeness. Add salt and pepper to taste and place on plate. In bowl mash your avocado and add salt & pepper to taste squeeze a little lemon juice into avocados this will help keep the color of the avocados and give it a little extra yummy zing. Toast bread and spread avocado on top add sliced cucumber, tomatoes and fresh basil! Enjoy!! ?
