1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
3/4 cup oats
1 egg
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tblsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Put all into blender and blend until creamy. Make sure you cook at a medium to low heat so natter cooks clear through. Also make sure to butter or ail pan or skillet or they will stick!
